Architect

In our quest to achieve the ultimate luxury vertical living design for our exclusive residences, we looked for inspiration in the Greek-derived suffix tetra-, which means four. Our architect divided each building’s mass into four vertically stacked solid boxes, each of which serves a unique but related purpose. The architect then sculpted away cube-like portions of these boxes and added cubic protrusions to create balconies, gardens, and other features. This timeless shape was chosen because it maximized the usability of the interior space. Meanwhile, the architect also considered the prevailing winds and the movements of the sun across the sky at great length to help optimize natural ventilation and minimize heat gain. Strategically placed openings help to improve cross ventilation as well. Despite the duplex nature of the construction, each residence appears distinctly separate, which creates the impression of a vertically detached home.

Customization and adaptability are at the heart of Tetra. Our residences cater to your every whim. There are living quarters, offices, and even storefront spaces on the ground floor. The rear of the duplex is designed specifically to handle foot traffic. Each residence is further furnished with an elevator that transports you from the ground floor all the way to the rooftop garden and swimming pool. This alfresco recreational space offers sweeping views of Bangkok and can cater to both private moments and social events. Further, the double- volume carport on the ground floor has been designed to accommodate a parking lift system.

From the exterior, each side of the duplex is clad in different decorative materials to afford each residence a greater degree of individuality while still maintaining a harmonious overall appearance.
